Therefore, we have developed a renovation plan to get an overview of the future renovation projects and the economic consequences for the heating price.<\/p>\n
In order to develop the renovation plan we have made an extraction of all the areas with a district heating grid older than 30 years. The extraction entails a detailed overview of each area comparing the renovation either by exchanging the pipes or muff joints on the existing grid, and the consequences on the district heating cooperative’s depreciation. The calculation of the depreciation is based on life time, current prices, and energy savings. The type of renovation resulting in the lowest yearly depreciation is always prioritized in order to keep the heating price at a low level. <\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/span>Stable supply of district heating and a low heating price<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/h4><\/h1><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>The renovation plan is a tool which continously is updated. It enables events in the everyday to be notified which ultimately can change the prioritized order. There can for example occur a leakage that can change the order.<\/p>\n
In addition, we are particularly focused on keeping a close dialogue with the municipality. To bother the household residents as least as possible, the renovation plan is coordinated with the municipality plan of road renovation projects.<\/p>\n
Our overall purpose with the renovation plan is to ensure that the district heating cooperatives that we manage is able to deliver a stable supply of district heating and a low heating price to the district heating consumers.<\/p>\n

The renovation plan is a tool which continously is updated. It enables events in the everyday to be notified which ultimately can change the prioritized order. There can for example occur a leakage that can change the order.<\/p>\n
In addition, we are particularly focused on keeping a close dialogue with the municipality. To bother the household residents as least as possible, the renovation plan is coordinated with the municipality plan of road renovation projects.<\/p>\n
Our overall purpose with the renovation plan is to ensure that the district heating cooperatives that we manage is able to deliver a stable supply of district heating and a low heating price to the district heating consumers.<\/p>\n
